2]just beacuase parents have disabilities there selves

3]and more than anything illegally

you know some parents dont fight systems because they think you cant stand up against a system

or you cant win a system

well let me tell u i have fought with walsall socail services half of my life

its not bout winning

and its not about fighting

its about standing up for whats right and

JUSTICE

proffessionals think they can take our children and think nothing off it

but you know they might break hearts and destroy our famillies

BUT THEY CANT BREAK THE BOND OR LOVE BETWEEN A MOM NAD DAD AND A CHID

believe me and when the social workers try and twist our childrens minds believe me our children are not stupid NEITHER ARE THEY BLIND

so please to all parents dont just walk away because the systems still have ur children

because

IF WE DONT STAND AND PROVE WHATS RIGHT FOR ALL OUR CHILDREN THEN NOBODY ELSE IS GOING TOO

LIFE AINT ALL ABOUT FIGHTING AND GETTING EVEN its about doing what we as parents knows better all of

On September 17th 2014 a Child Protection Services CPS Youth Worker employed by the Saskatchewan (CANADA) Ministry of Social Services was stabbed around 5 times – resulting in the arrest of Colleen Dawn Piapot, whose presently incarcerated at the newly renovated White Birch Remand Center for Women – which center is housed in a vacant wing of the Paul Dojack Youth Centre in Southern Saskatchewan.

InSomerset v MK (Deprivation of Liberty: Best Interests Decisions: Conduct of a Local Authority)[2014] EWCOP B25, HHJ Marston has ordered that P, a 19 year old woman who was being accommodated as a respite for her mother, who cared for her, should be returned to her family after the local authority had sought to have her retained in the placement. The judge said that there had been a ‘blatant disregard of the process of the MCA and a failure to respect the rights of both P and her family under the ECHR’.

P had severe learning disabilities and autism spectrum disorder. She lacked verbal capacity and communication was through gestures and pictures. She lived within her family and attended a specialist school.
